thank you so much!

Kiah  Paetz

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician providing online nutrition therapy for eating disorders, binge eating, ADHD and body image concerns across Australia and worldwide.

I'm also a late diagnosed ADHDer, mom of 2 & coffee addict.

For years, I was stuck in the binge–restrict cycle, constantly thinking about food, trying to “fix” my eating, and feeling anxious and guilty every time I ate.  I know how exhausting and all-consuming that can feel.

My own recovery is what led me to become a dietitian and specialise in eating disorders.

I’ve since completed additional training as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and now support clients using a non-diet, weight-neutral, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach.

There are no rigid meal plans or food rules here. Instead, we explore your relationship with food with curiosity, not judgment, so you can rebuild trust with your body and find a way of eating that actually works for you.

My goal is to help you feel:

  • more at peace around food
  • less consumed by food thoughts
  • more connected to your body
  • and supported in a way that meets you where you are

An Eating Disorder Dietitian helping you rebuild your relationship with food.
