Food Flexibility:  Together, we’ll focus on building consistent, adequate, and nourishing meal, with enough variety to support both your body and your brain. This isn’t just about what you eat, but why you eat the way you do. We'll gently challenge food rules, create space for spontaneity, and bring in nutrition in a way that’s compassionate, gentle and affirming.

We'll kick off with an initial session followed by weekly or fortnighty reviews. I often say these sessions can seem like a psychology session, but we talk about food. We'll discuss your goals, what's been going well for you and any challenges you may have faced. Together we'll create some practical strategies that  move you towards your goals and provide nutrition counselling to help support your journey.

Our regular 1:1 sessions will be the backbone of our work together. We’ll work together to understand not just what you eat, but why and how you eat and move towards a place where eating feels flexible, free and intuitive.
